Ok for the surprise round only Urindel and Preesha will act. Then we go right to the red group. Pay close attention to the map squares that are occupied and that people say they are moving to. Cheers! Lets fight.

sickened condition: The character takes a –2 penalty on all attack rolls, weapon damage rolls, saving throws, skill checks, and ability checks. This lasts until the scorpion's next action at which point you have another chance to save. If you keep failing saves it goes away by itself after 6 rounds.
