In the main story. How far up from the tower is the higher barge? Lucian can cast 1 Feather Fall. If it looks like somebody might not make the jump, he might cast the spell to help them.

Ok, we've made it through the full immersion storytelling intro. Now it's time to get a little more mechanical. There are a couple things we'll cover. The first is the addition of custom profile fields. If you'd be so kind as to look at my imp mini-profile on the left hand side of this post you'll notice some new entries near the bottom. You can access these on your own profile by clicking on the "Profile" link above, and then clicking on the gray "Edit Profile" button that will be near the left of the subsequent page. That will give you the "avatar" tab, and next to it you will see the "Personal" tab. Click the "personal" tab and look down near the bottom for the new profile fields. These include: Atlas Grid Global: With this pull down menu you can select the alphanumeric coordinate that your character is in on the overland map. For example Urindel is currently in B3 (this will likely change shortly after this post) near the back of Fabian's crashed barge. So in this pull down menu Urindel will select B3. Atlas Grid Local: With this pull down menu you select the alphanumeric coordinate that your character is occupying in the local maps. Urindel is occupying f2 in the global square B3. Or, preferably, we'll say he's in B3_f2. Your Atlas Grid profile fields should show your most recent location. Later, when Urindel makes a move in a post he will say "Urindel stalks over the rail in front of him and joins Bjorn (B3_e4)" then Urindel will select B3 from the global drop down menu and e4 from the local. Once I see his post I will move his token on the maps to reflect his new position. When taking an action, be sure to check the previous couple of players for their profile locations, as they may be more current than what is shown on the map. Right Hand / Left Hand: This is where we will list what our characters are wielding. As you can see on the left, imp is wielding a Flaming Sword +1 and a Large Iron Shield. Alternatively imp could write "none" in the text field, or "Bow", indicating a use in both hands. "Great Axe" would also be assumed to be used in both hands. If a one handed weapon is being used with two hands in order to gain a strength bonus to damage please note that here. If you are carrying a lantern or a torch, please list it here as well. Initiative: This is where we will fill in our current place in the combat order. Imp rolled very high. When he moves you'll see some serious shit. HP Current / Maximum: This is hit point listing. Please keep your hit point total up to date. If you see that you have been hit be sure to adjust it. Condition: This is a pull down menu from which many combat conditions can be selected. Imp is panicked. Perhaps he hears his mummy calling. It is likely that AC Touch and Flat will be added soon as well... Please hit me with any questions here. Thanks!

I rolled a D20 to determine my initiative, I have 0 bonus so my total score is 15. Is that right?

Wasn't sure we were rolling initiative. In case we are
1d20+3
Kiara: the aX's seem to be mixed in, the others are in order. For my map, a3 is between e5 and e6
Mrin: Your initiative is a d20 plus your initiative modifier, which is usually your dex mod. There are some feats and traits and spells and other miscellaneous things that can change your initiative mod, but Mrin doesn't appear to have any of those. Since your Dex mod is 0, you add nothing to the d20 roll. So 15 is your mod. Sorry for being so verbose, I included more info than you need in case others have similar questions.

Yes the lower case a entries were mixed. I have no idea why, they were entered in order. Vexing.
Lucian: I was going to add a legend, but here goes. Green triangles indicate five foot elevation. The double and triple seated triangles (red or green) 10 and 15 foot elevation or depression. Triple triangle (red or green) with yellow number indicates a greater elevation or drop, in this case a 100 foot drop through canopy to the ground below. The red X indicated difficult terrain. In this case it is plant based and thus Kiara can still take a five foot step in it due to her trait. The single red line indicates a low wall that requires five feet of speed to pass over, or a jump or acrobatics check. More will appear later.
