Since this is already started, lets go ahead and collect initiative for the next scene. You die 20 roll plus your dex bonus usually. It should already be added up on your sheet. I am about to lock the first thread. Well played everyone

Hey, not arguing but I think Evan snatched it back after downing my mead.

Evan sits crosslegged in a smooth twisting motion between Yenner and Arctorious. "Give me that." he says, taking the mead from Yenner and twisting his head to look at the map in Arctorious' hands again. "This is the place. Lucio is late." He looks up worriedly at Dairmida for a moment, and takes a big gulp of the mead. "Ready yourselves" He says standing back up resolute. He takes the mead, but looks at the map in Arctorious' hands. Then stands up never having taken the map. Not that it really matters. I will upload it as soon as it's done.

We are going to manage actions rounds by initiative group, not single initiatives. In the CAT you will see everyone is split up into three groups, red, orange and green. Anyone in the group that is currently acting may post in any order. For example you will see that the red group, consisting of Mrin, Lastwall and Urindel acts first. So any of them can post in any order. Once ALL of red group has posted, the orange group can act. Then the green, and then red again, and so on. This will help prevent snags while waiting for members to post. If we are all waiting for a long time a gentle reminder will be sent to the player who is lagging. If this reminder doesn't help expedite the action the character in question may be taken over and made to perform a reasonable action. I would prefer not to do this, but I am giving fair warning now in case it comes up. Please do not skip ahead when it is not yet your group's turn. during combat the opposing groups will also be color coded. Please do not pot during their turns. Now with all of that said; speaking is a free action, and can be done, briefly, out of turn. Especially, but not exclusively, when being spoken to, or a question is asked of you. Please do not attempt to take an action masked as a verbal response. I may be missing something. Please ask questions freely.

If I lag and you need to take control of my character, that is totally fine. Never feel bad about that. I have a bizaar schedule with work and freelance and yadda, yadda, yadda, so I know that might happen from time to time.

Yeah. THanks for posting. Even though it's not much more than we really already knew, it adds flavor to the game One question: Where are the listings for the groups? You mentioned in the 1st of the recent posts that the red group goes first yet I do not know whose group I am in. Can you help me with that?
